Whether you are looking for uplifting conversations with other women, a getaway to the beach, or just enjoying someone else doing the cooking and cleaning, Women’s Retreat at Dunes is a breath of fresh air! Bring a homemade craft or baked good for our Silent Auction and a snack to share.

Women’s Retreat is open to women 16 and up. We welcome mamas with babies.

SILENT AUCTION:

The Silent Auction is an annual tradition at Women's Retreat, in which homemade/handcrafted items are entered. All the money raised from the Silent Auction will be split evenly between Dunes summer camper scholarships and another ministry.

SNACKS:

We are going to have a shared snack table. Bring a snack to share!

FUNNY STORIES:

Laughter is a gift from God, and it’s so sweet to do it in fellowship! Before each session we will read a short real-life funny story provided by one of our Women’s Retreat attendees. Do you have a short funny story you would like to share at the Retreat or have someone share for you? Send your stories over to amyrose@dunesbiblecamp.com

CRAFT WORKSHOPS:

During the Retreat, there will be optional craft workshops for ladies to choose from. If you have a craft activity you are willing to teach at the retreat, reach out to amyrose@dunesbiblecamp.com.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Sleeping bag and pillow (bedding is not provided)

  • Personal items (toiletries, towel, showers shoes, bag for dirty clothes)

  • Warm clothes 

  • Raincoat and rain boots

  • Bible, notebook, and pencil

    Optional:

  • Spending money for town/camp store

  • A snack to share

  • Silent Auction item/s

  • Some women find it helpful to bring an extension cord/power strip, especially if you have a device to power such as a CPAP machine. Outlets in most cabin areas are limited.
